My name is Crystal & am the Artist behind Ethnic Cuddles Reborn Nursery. I began my journey completely by accident in December of 2008. I did a search on eBay & found "reborned" babies. I was absolutely blown away!! These babies looked JUST LIKE REAL babies. I searched the internet for tutorials & found some "very special mentors" to help me out.
Today I'm proud to say that I specialize in beautiful "Ethnic" babies. I am the Administrator of African American Reborn Artistry Guild (AARAG). It is the first and only guild which caters to African American babies. Ethnic Babies are EXTREMELY difficult to do well & I am proud to say that I stand by all my babies 100%.
Although I feel like I am very strong in reborning ethnic babies, I do not want to limit myself from learning. Which is why I am honored to be an intermediate artist on Reborn Artist of Distinction (RAD). These ladies are some of the BEST in the Art of Reborning & I take pride in the fact that I am learning to perfect my craft in Caucasian babies.
I am so honored to be able to say that my babies have traveled across the world. From right here in the United States, all the way to Japan! It's been an exciting Journey. I am constantly learning new techniques and I'm proud to say that I have some amazing mentors. I promise to always continue to learn & improve my techniques to strive for perfection.
