I have been reborning these pericious dolls for 6 years and have loved every minute of it. I suppose you could say I am addicted to reborning them and bringing them to life. I am a wife and mother of 2, a beautiful daughter aged 30 and a handsome son aged 26. I have been married for 32 years to a very wonderful man that always supports everything I do.
I accidently found out about the art of reborn through ebay. I was searching for antique Raggedy Ann dolls which I was collecting at the time. I love soft cloth dolls and have been making cloth dolls for over 30 years. I still search ebay every now and then for any unique doll patterns that I can sew in my spare time. I also do crocheting, embroidery, smocking, cross stitching, quilting.
When I first saw a reborn in an auction I thought to my self oh my gosh you can't sell babies on ebay lol lol anyways I read the description of the auction only to find out it was a reborn doll. Ever since I saw that cute little reborn I knew I had to find out how to do this fabulous art, so I searched and searched ebay and the internet and asked many of the artist where I could learn how to master this awesome art.
I found lessons on ebay and took many of the classes, I never stopped asking questions. I belong to a reborn guild which I am honored to be part of LLRG (LifeLike Reborn Guild) and Simply Reborn.
I have previous experience in art, in school I took art for many years and loved to draw and paint scenery and prespective paintings.
